HOT 26 Flow 60/90 min | 105 Degrees
Twenty-six postures practiced for 60-90 minutes. The twenty six posture series is designed to warm the whole body, allowing students to work deeper into the muscles, tendons, joints, bones, glands, ligaments, and organs while systemically moving fresh oxygenated blood to every part of the body. Performing the same sequence each class ensure you receive a safe and consistent experience. Detoxify, tone, strengthen, and create flexibility and balance.
Vinyasa Flow 60-75 min | 105 Degrees
Strength, energy, and flexibility are brought to you in this class. The breathe is synchronized with movement. Sequences of the asanas are often built around surya namaskar (sun salutations) while focus is on alignment and breath to bring inner aliveness to the body, mind and spirit.
Elevate 60 min | 85-95 Degrees
A one hour interval weight course that will touch base with the entire body from arms, core, glutes, legs and cardio. Generally the heat is lower than the typical Hot Yoga/ Vinyasa Flow and is at 85-95 degrees.
Hot Pilates 60 min | 95 Degrees
Pilates is a form of exercise emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness to support efficient, graceful movement.
Inferno Hot Pilates 60 min | 95 Degrees
Inferno Hot Pilates is a fun, challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout using Pilates principles. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a heated room with energetic music, Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Viva La Resistance! 60 min | 95 Degrees
Blending resistance training, cardio and isometric holds to give the full body the burn it needs for strength, stability and fat burning benefits. This is an intense but basic class for all levels from beginner to advanced. *We provide a limited amount of mini resistance bands (circle bands), we encourage you to bring your own set if you have one.
