Hot 26

A system of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated (105 °F) room flushing every body system. Enhances strength, flexibility, focus & endurance. Hot 26 was scientifically designed to systematically heal & balance ALL body types regardless of experience, skill level or current health. All Ghosh lineage yoga postures.

Hot 34

34 traditional postures practiced through Bishnu Ghosh Lineage. This 90-minute practice will include most postures from our Hot26 class performed in the hot room (105 °F) plus advanced postures & three breathing exercises. This is an intermediate class. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the HOT26 class prior to taking this class.


A training system combining low impact High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Pilates principles. This 60 minute workout incorporates muscle toning and cardio exercises in a room heated to approximately 98°F. This practice strengthens core powerhouse muscles while burning fat & calories creating rapid results & a full body workout. All levels welcome!

Hot Pilates

A training system combining pilates principles with high intensity interval training performed in a room heated to 95 °F with 40% humidity. Creates long & lean muscle mass, burns fat, & increases fitness levels.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa style poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. Vinyasa - meaning 'to move with the breath' - is the core of the class. Often called 'Flow Yoga' - Vinyasa focuses on transitions and movements with less spent in stationary poses. Often considered a fast and physically challenging practice, Vinyasa can also be soft & gentle. Moving with the breath can also mean slowing down your transitions with deep inhales and slow exhales.


A High-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training and cardiovascular exercise into traditional yoga sequences. Yogis use their own body weight, small hand weights, elastic bands & gliding discs to deepen the power of their yoga practice while chiseling their body into shape. Yoga Sculpt gets the blood pumping and the brain flowing, burns an incredible amount of calories and provides a full body workout that focuses on strengthening, lengthening, balancing & fortifying from the outside in.


A slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than other yoga styles. For beginner, asanas may be help from 45 seconds to 2 minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes or more. The posture sequences are meant to stimulate the of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha yoga.


A Total body strengthening class using free weights. This 60-minute heated class is a great way to define, sculpt, and build lean muscle. Elevate incorporates isolation exercises, body-weight exercises, and core-strengthening moves to incorporate all muscle groups. The room is heated to 95°F. Elevate your mind, body & practice!
